Use the search bar at the top of the website. Enter the product name, brand, or keyword, and matching results will appear instantly.
I represent a company. Can I place an order?
Yes, we accept orders from legal entities. To receive an invoice with your company details, please enter the required information during checkout.
Can I ship to a different address than the one in my account?
Yes. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address than the one saved in your account.
Can I modify an order after placing it?
If you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or at office@jocjoacajucarii.ro, and include your order number.
Can I order a product that is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, feel free to contact us. We’ll notify you when it’s back in stock or suggest a similar alternative.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within up to 5 business days via courier or easybox.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you may return products within 15 calendar days of receiving them. Opened items are accepted if undamaged. See our Return Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
