This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can return products purchased from https://jocjoacajucarii.ro, operated by VLADEVI BROTHERS SRL. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent return process for all our customers.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
• Products may be opened, but must not be damaged or excessively used
• The product must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase
• Original packaging is recommended but not mandatory

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of damage, misuse, or missing components.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send a return request to office@jocjoacajucarii.ro
2. Include the following details:
   • Full name
   • Order number
   • Product(s) to be returned
   • Reason for return (optional)
   • Bank account details for the refund
3. After receiving confirmation from our team, ship the product to the address provided in the email.

Return shipping costs

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
• We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery (COD) or via regular post

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days to the bank account provided by the customer.

Refunds will not include:

• Initial shipping fees (if applicable)
• Bank or transaction fees (if any)

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened bath toys)
• The cloths from TheWonderie
